About Me
I am a testament to the gaps in our conventional medical system—a system that, for years, left me without answers. In its current state, conventional medicine isolates body parts and symptoms, overlooking the interconnected nature of our entire being. Thankfully, we now understand that symptoms that manifest in one or two areas are not isolated problems but important signals from the body indicating underlying imbalances that need attention. Instead of just addressing the symptoms, it’s crucial to identify and treat the root cause, reshaping the entire approach to healing and wellness. After going through my own health journey and completely transforming my lifestyle habits, I gained firsthand knowledge of the power of a whole-health approach. One that takes into account that everything is connected.
After nearly 20 years of experience in corporate marketing strategy and digital merchandising, I reached a pivotal moment where I chose to prioritize purposeful work that aligns with a healthy lifestyle and a focus on personal well-being. I’m dedicated to helping others live their healthiest lives and feel their best by sharing my knowledge and experiences.
As a certified health and wellness coach and functional nutrition expert, I support women at every life stage. I guide them in adopting healthy habits that help them balance family, career growth, aging, and hormonal changes. I also support women managing chronic illnesses or autoimmune diseases. My approach helps women view themselves holistically and address the root causes that may be holding them back from feeling their best.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and am deeply committed to integrating wellness practices into workplace culture.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I serve on the board of ambassadors for the Benaroya Research Institute, an organization at the forefront of scientific research dedicated to predicting, preventing, reversing, and curing diseases of the immune system.
